UK - Next Day Delivery is available at checkout.  Order before 3pm Monday-Thursday to receive your Mossimo order the Next working day.

For the slightly more patient amongst us, your Mossimo order will be delivered with 2-3 working days of receiving your order. We use Royal Mail for deliveries and you will receive an email to let you know when the delivery is on its way! 

 International - Your Mossimo order will be dispatched within 2-3 days of receiving your order. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries and you will receive an email to let you know when the delivery is on its' way.



UK orders over £60 qualify for Free Shipping. (Not applicable with Black Friday discount code).

UK orders under £60 cost £3.95 for delivery.

UK orders for Next Day Delivery £6.50.

International shipping costs are shown at checkout.


How do I return?

  • Click here to open our returns request page 
  • Enter your order number and email address in the correct fields and click Start
  • Be sure to include the # before your order number
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

Sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

What if it doesn't fit me?

  • If you are unhappy with the size of your Mossimo item, please send it back to us and we will send you a different size depending on stock availability. If the exact item is not available in your desired size then we will offer you a choice of a different style, credit note or refund. We recommend you see our sizing guide before you purchase as customers must pay for postage of the new item if there is a sizing issue.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days. 

Can I return the item(s) in store?

  • If you wish to return an item in store, please contact and await further instruction.


As we're really quick at packing your orders up, we can't make any changes once you have placed one. This includes changing the item size, delivery option, delivery address or payment method.

However, you can cancel your order and place a new one instead. Just email with the word CANCEL and your order number as the subject of the email within one hour of purchasing.
